Empowering 36 strategists to identify $4.3B of new, early- stage account opportunity across Salesforce’s top 100 accounts

  • Salesforce's FY25 planning highlighted a critical need for enhanced support of large-scale, transformative deals ($20M+).

    I was tasked with the strategy, content and enablement for workshops that would empower top accounts to set ambitious three-year revenue targets, uncover untapped growth opportunities, and create actionable plans for immediate and long-term success.

    I developed a scalable Growth Strategy framework and repeatable process that equipped strategists to help account teams think differently about account growth. This involved developing content as well as training, mentorship, and resources to foster widespread adoption and success.

    Using this process, 36 strategists identified $4.3B of new, early stage account opportunity in Q1 of FY25.

Leading 55 engagement leads responsible for $500M of influenced annual contract value to get better, faster, and stronger

  • in 2021, A leading American Education company asked Salesforce's Innovation team to explore the future of its Online Learning Division.

    I led a cross-functional team of designers, researchers, technical architects and account team members in a 3-month project to define the strategy and vision for the division.

    The team conducted 30 hours of stakeholder, expert and user interviews, and an audit of 17 internal strategy documents. We created a user experience vision, business case, and technology roadmap for the transformation. 

    The work was well-received, even though the company decided to shift strategy and divest the division in 2023. Today, as a fully independent operation, Boundless Learning continues to leverage and build upon the strategy and vision created by the team.

    Boundless Learning has launched 450+ academic programs with a 95% student retention rate and served over 90,000 graduates.

Crafting the strategy to help an education giant challenge the broken mechanism of the college degree

  • Salesforce's Digital Strategy and Design organization evolved to a matrixed org model in FY24.

    I was tasked with creating a new Program Development Competency that would absorb the Strategy and Engagement Lead functions.

    I launched new strategy, tools, and processes within first month in role to define and develop the new competency. I helped design and conduct global stakeholder research to support the reorg, and created monthly and quarterly feedback loops from leadership and global ICs to create reporting and track performance.

    I organized and facilitated monthly meetings, global workshares, and small group initiatives to increase collaboration and collective knowledge, and created engagement models of self-service, community support and hands-on mentorship.

    Through these efforts I increased the efficiency and impact of 55 Strategists and cross-functional innovation teams responsible for $500m of influenced Annual Contract Value.

Aligning a company of data scientists, engineers and strategists on the vision for the ai powering Starbucks’ personalized marketing

  • In 2018, Formation.ai provided the technology powering Starbucks' and United's personalized marketing offers.

    I led the effort to unify stakeholders around a shared company vision and mission.

    I conducted 25 internal interviews, cross-functional workshops, and an industry audit to bridge the gap between misaligned stakeholders. I also led research initiatives and bridged perspectives from 20+ experts to inform product strategy, positioning, and marketing materials.

    The impact of the personalized loyalty offers created by Formation for Starbucks was highlighted in multiple Starbucks earnings calls.
